The European Alliance for a Just Transition is a coalition of around\u00a0<\/span>50 European stakeholders<\/b>\u00a0committed to building a sustainable and socially just Europe and convinced of the urgency and importance of collective action. Our Alliance brings together a\u00a0<\/span>diverse range of voices<\/b>, including social, climate and environmental civil society organisations, workers’ representatives, think tanks and political parties, groups and foundations. What do we stand for?<\/b><\/h2>\n
The group believes that\u00a0<\/span>a fair and just green transition<\/b>\u00a0is essential to effectively address the deepening and accelerating\u00a0climate, environmental and social crises<\/b>\u00a0we face. Our vision for a fair and just green transition is to transform our economies and societies in ways that\u00a0<\/span>respect planetary boundaries<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>improve the well-being, living standards and working conditions of all people<\/b>. How can this be achieved? Take a look at our 2025 vision for a European Union that advances a fair and just transition during the 2024\u20132029 political cycle and beyond.
